PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.chronictimes.ca (the “Site”).

Personal information we collect

Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 19.

REFUND POLICY

We are confident you will love your Chronic products. If for any reason you feel the need to return within 30 days of purchase, we will accept unopened products and provide a full refund in the original method that you paid. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging and condition in which you received it. We, unfortunately, can not provide any refunds received beyond 30 days of the original purchase date. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have received the returned product within 30 days of the original date of purchase, the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please be patient and check with your bank or credit card company; it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at ChronicTimes1017@gmail.com 

Misprinted Items
If you receive an item that is defective or considered a misprint please contact us at ChronicTimes1017@gmail.com

 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping 
You are responsible for any shipping fees related to returning your product. To return, please contact us at ChronicTimes1017@gmail.com

If you are concerned with shipping your product, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It is the responsibility of the sender to pay for return shipment and to ensure the shipment is received.
